First I-40 closures to take place this weekend for 'Fast Fix 8' project

TDOT officials say the eastbound and westbound bridges over Herman Street, Clinton Street, Jo Johnston Avenue and Charlotte Avenue show advanced signs of deterioration and require almost constant maintenance.
