Fire destroys Franklin home

Fire destroyed a large home over night in Franklin on Stable Ford Lane.   The fire broke out about ten last night.  Firefighters say when they got there they found flames shooting through the roof.  Thankfully no one was hurt.  Crews say the family was home when it started.  They were trying to use the fireplace when fire somehow got out of control and spread to the house.  The house was built about six years ago, it’s a total loss.
