Expect lively gun debate next session at Tennessee Capitol

In the wake of the Oregon shootings, where you can or can't carry handguns, will likely be a controversial debate next session at the Tennessee General Assembly. Sen. Mae Beavers of Wilson County plans to re-introduce a re-worked measure called the Constitutional Carry Bill, which would allow those with handgun permits to take their weapons openly anywhere, including college campuses.
