Ethics complaint filed against Hendersonville mayor

The mayor of Hendersonville is in the hot seat over a story the Channel 4 I-Team broke several weeks ago. In the story, Mayor Scott Foster admitted being paid at his engineering firm by a developer who was also doing work with the city.
