Congress on Friday morning passed a sweeping $1.1 trilling spending plan to fund the government through late October the end of the current fiscal year with East Tennessee's federal lawmakers divided on how they voted. The spending plan often called the "omnibus bill" passed 316-113 in the House with 150 Republicans supporting it, and 95 against it.
