Details Emerge In Alleged Murder-Attempted Suicide

Three shots were fired the night of Feb. 29 inside the house at 611 Oak Hills Parkway, Greeneville police Detective Stacey Hobbs testified Monday at a bond hearing for Bruce C. Bratcher. Bratcher, 56, is charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of his wife, 50-year-old Kelly A. Bratcher, in an alleged murder-attempted suicide.
