Council votes for Ridley Park soccer fields

The Columbia City Council has voted to hire a consulting firm to begin initial work designing seven new soccer fields at Ridley Park. Some council members noted how the project reflects strides the city's parks and recreation department continues to make in improving the quality of life for Columbia citizens.
