Concerns, confusion voiced on Ticketmaster free concert vouchers

Following a legal settlement, nearly 50-million Americans who bought from Ticketmaster from 1999 to 2013 could have codes for free tickets in their e-mail. However, some say they can't use the free tickets for anything they want to see. Others say they're struggling to use the codes at all.
