Columbia State hires workforce development director

Terri Kinloch has been hired as the new executive director of the Center for Workforce Development at Columbia State Community College. Kinloch said she plans to evaluate and assess the needs of companies in the region in order to promote training for jobs that are available in the Middle Tennessee area.
