Young stars Cassadee Pope and Danielle Bradbery definitely have their hearts in the right place. Last Wednesday , Cassadee and Danielle pitched in at Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee in Nashville to lend their support to the Outnumber Hunger campaign , which works to address hunger issues in local communities.
