Captured NY fugitive David Sweat in critical condition

The second New York fugitive David Sweat has been shot by police, 30 miles away from the Clinton Correctional Facility. Sweat is in critical condition, and reports say he was shot twice in the torso, and is hospitalized at Albany Medical Center.
