Audit blames former payroll clerk for school district's nearly $4,500 shortage

Thousands of dollars meant for a school district are gone. A new audit claims a payroll clerk at the Houston County Board of Education is to blame."Basically, these problems occured within the year," said Joe Kimery of the Tennessee Comptroller's Office.
