Anonymous robo-call targets mayoral candidate Fox

Last Friday, an anonymous robo-call went out to Davidson County voters targeting mayoral candidate David Fox. While robo-calls have become a mainstay of almost every election, there was no mention of who sponsored the call, which is illegal.
