If it is indeed true that we first eat with our eyes, then the new Ancestor Bakery has got a helluva head start. When I first saw Biscuit Love's Karl Worley post a photo of a bag containing Ancestor's Jubilee bread, which he called "literally the best bread I have ever eaten," I stood up and took notice.
