Activists arrested after I-70 shutdown; traffic backs up for miles

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Protesters shut down both directions of Interstate 70 at the Blanchette Bridge Monday.A large group of activists sprawled across the interstate during rush hour.  The Interstate remained closed as of 5:30 p.m.Traffic is being diverted at the Earth City Expressway exit in Maryland Heights.
