700 agents in Nashville now 'ERA Powered'

In a deal that aligns it with franchise giant Realogy's ERA brand while retaining more autonomy than other franchisees, a Nashville, Tennessee-based brokerage with more than 700 agents will now do business as Reliant Realty ERA Powered. ERA unveiled the "ERA Powered" program in 2011, allowing brokerages with strong local identities to take advantage of the franchisor's lead management system, training and referral network without completely rebranding.
