Investor Charles Crews, Mayor Ken Moore, Bernie Butler and Brian Schiedemeyer of D9HP, LLC, Anna Ruth Kimbrough and Matt Taylor of Studio 8 Design, Alderman Margaret Martin and Franklin Historic Zoning Commission Chair Susan Besser. Developer Bernie Butler, owner of D9 Development is heading the project, which will bring 45,000 square feet of state of the art office space and two upscale restaurants, including a rooftop restaurant overlooking Main Street.
