Abuse claims made against interim Birmingham police chief week before he stepped down

The request was made against 55-year-old Orlando Wilson by the mother of his two children. She filed the request on April 11 in Jefferson County Family Court, and the records were made public in the online court system on Tuesday. A judge has not signed an order in the case.
