Officer suicide acknowledged at ceremony remembering line-of-duty deaths

At a Project Blue Light ceremony Tuesday night honoring line-of-duty deaths for law enforcement, Billings Police Department Chief Rich St. John took a moment to acknowledge another threat to the lives of his peers and co-workers: suicide.
