Bond rating could help shave cost to construct wastewater treatment plant

Nearly a week ahead of the planned issuance of a $55.3 million bond to upgrade Billings’ wastewater treatment plant, city leaders have learned that Fitch Ratings has assigned the city an AA+ bond credit rating.
