Armed suspect surrenders in Popeyes restroom

The Billings Police Department and Yellowstone County Sheriff's Department responded to calls of a man believed to be armed and hiding inside the Shiloh Crossing Popeyes restaurant Friday night. The suspect later surrendered to police.
