Some Sacramento shoppers told no blankets in Black Friday lines

Because of the Sacramento’s no camping ordinance, tents aren’t allowed outside stores. At the Best Buy in Natomas, shoppers told KCRA that they weren't allowed to even bring blankets, making for a cold night's wait.
