Sexual harassment: Advocate says document each incident

As more women find their voices and come forward about experiencing sexual harassment and assault at the hands of high-power celebrities, women working in small businesses face other difficulties. A Sacramento advocacy group for sexual assault victims said document all incidents. WEAVE said there are also other sources of help available to people experiencing harassment.
