Schwarzenegger joins Gov. Brown for climate bill extension

Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger joined his successor, Gov. Jerry Brown, as Brown signed legislation that kept alive a cap and trade program that both men have urged the rest of the world to emulate.
