Prosecutors give closing arguments in Bracamontes case

Prosecutors argued Thursday that Luis Bracamontes had nothing but hate in his heart for law-enforcement when he shot and killed two officers in a crime spree that spanned across Sacramento and Placer counties in October 2014.
