Pot Grow Suspects Accused of Kidnapping Men, Torturing Them

Guadelupe "Lupe" Arellano and Medarda Urbieta are in jail accused of kidnapping four men, holding them against their will and torturing them. "The injured victims reported that they had been held hostage since February of 2016.
