Pittsburg dedicates new park to memory of fallen officer

The city unveiled the new six-acre community park dedicated to Inspector Ray Giacomelli, who was fatally shot in the line of duty 15 years ago. The park is situated on six acres in the southeast corner of West Leland Road and San Marco Boulevard.
