Patterson arrest: Man allegedly killed ex as son screamed 'No, Dad!'

A Massachusetts man suspected of strangling his ex-girlfriend as their 4-year-old son pleaded with him to stop has been captured in Patterson, Calif. Emilio DeLarosa, 33, was arrested Wednesday, six days shy of the one-year anniversary of the crime.
