Oroville farm files $15M claim for spillway damage

JEM Farms and Chandon Ranch, which operate an approximately 2,000-acre walnut farm in Butte County, filed a $15 million claim Wednesday with the state's Department of General Services in the wake of the Lake Oroville Spillway crisis.
