Officer-involved shooting halts eastbound Bay Bridge traffic for hours

Two eastbound lanes of the Bay Bridge reopened around 8:30 a.m. Sunday after an investigation of an officer-involved shooting closed all lanes and stranded motorists on the bridge for hours, the California Highway Patrol announced.
