Modesto 8-year-old dies in Highway 99 crash Posted at

An 8-year-old Modesto boy with a bent for science - described as energetic and loving by his family - died in a single-vehicle accident Sunday after the truck he was in crashed off Highway 99 in east Stockton. The crash occurred after 9 a.m. Sunday on southbound 99 at the Highway 26/East Fremont Street offramp.
