Man asks for cigarettes, runs off with racks of lottery tickets

The man went into Discount Cigarettes at 5320 Old Redwood Highway around 11:19 p.m. Friday and asked to buy cigarettes, police said. While the clerk was busy with the transaction, the suspect grabbed the racks and ran to a getaway car in front of the business.
