Fresno police close on fugitive in Modesto

Fresno police, including a SWAT team, along with federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms officers, were at multiple locations in west Modesto on Thursday morning. At least four people were detained outside a home or homes on South Martin Luther King Drive.
