Flooding impacts the West Side

Stanislaus County Chief Executive Officer Stan Risen and the County Board of Supervisors proclaimed a local emergency on February 14 in response to continued flooding. The local emergency proclamation comes on the heels of a statewide State of Emergency, declared in late January by Governor Jerry Brown.
