Despite booze ban, Rafting Gone Wild tells people to 'get creative'

As law enforcement impose an alcohol ban on the American River in Sacramento during the weekend known as Rafting Gone Wild, event organizers are urging people to "get creative" with their alcohol and drink before they float, according to several Facebook posts.
