Federal officials charged a California man Friday with allegedly plotting a Christmas terror attack on San Francisco's Pier 39. Everitt Aaron Jameson, 26, is accused of posting "radical jihadi beliefs" online that showed his support of terrorism, the San Francisco Chronicle reports .
