Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks makes emotional speech on cancer diagnosis

Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks said if he had won the Republican primary in August for the Alabama senate seat, he would not have gone for the physical and test that led to his prostate cancer diagnosis.
