TS Arthur Dissipates, Heavy Rain Still Expected in MS, Tornadoes Possible

What had been Tropical Storm Arthur dissipated near the southeastern Texas coast last night.  However, the threat of heavy rain and severe storms will continue for Mississippi as the remnants of the storm push through the state today.
