Heat Advisory Now in Effect Through Wednesday

The heat advisory which now covers the entire state of Mississippi has been extended through tomorrow.   Heat index readings between 106 and 110 degrees are expected except in areas that get some rain.  And it looks like the eastern part of the state will have the best chance of seeing those isolated showers and thunderstorms.
