Dangerous heat stress will be spreading east today and the National Weather Service is posting a heat advisory which covers all of this area.  Heat index readings could climb as high as 110  degrees in some areas between 11 am and 8 pm but they’ll probably be a little lower around here—106 is forecast in Durant.
