So this summer I turn 40 plus tax and tip (50!). I still love being social, but I'm certainly not the party girl I used to be. Getting home at 4 a.m. lost its luster a long time ago. Lucky for us Top Chef alum Chef Dale Talde loves a fun day party too, so he's taking brunch to new heights at Talde at The Confidante, formerly known as the Thompson Miami Beach.
