Reports: Escaped inmate David Sweat shot, in custody

MALONE, N.Y. -- Escaped inmate David Sweat, who broke out of a prison in upstate New York earlier this month, was shot three times two miles south of the Canadian border and is currently in police custody, CNN is reporting.
