Pilot safe after banner plane crash lands off Miami Beach

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. -- The pilot of a small plane is lucky to be alive after, witnesses said, his aircraft plunged into Biscayne Bay, off Miami Beach, Saturday afternoon.
