Picasso art work disappears from satellite art fair in Miami's Midtown

Art work by Pablo Picasso was reportedly stolen from a satellite fair in Miami's Midtown.

Police were searching for clues Friday. The theft happened at Art Miami, a contemporary and modern art fair featuring 125 galleries in Miami's Midtown until Sunday.

Leslie Smith Gallery from Amsterdam reported the theft Friday morning. The piece was a plate valued at $85,000 and made out of "repoussed" silver. It is about 16 inches wide and is similar to the ones in the picture above.
