The Arsht Center invited Israeli-born composer Avner Dorman to work with young musicians from all over Miami-Dade County in advance of the world premiere of his latest composition "Siklon," which was created for the Arsht Center's 10th Anniversary and will be performed by the Cleveland Orchestra.
