Officials talk safety for boaters on July 4

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Local, state and federal authorities are reminding the public to be responsible on the water this holiday weekend.It has been almost a year since four people were killed in a boating accident about three miles from Dinner Key Marina after a night of fireworks on the Fourth of July.
