Man armed with MP5 submachine gun robs Hialeah Kwik Stop

A 23-year-old man was arrested Friday after robbing a Kwik Stop in Hialeah at gunpoint, police said.Rico Antonio Davis faces one count of armed robbery.The robbery was reported about 1 a.m. at the store at 2581 E. Eighth Ave.Police said Davis was armed with a MP5 submachine gun when he entered the store.A witness flagged down a police cruiser that was traveling nearby on Le Jeune Road.Police said a perimeter was quickly set up after Davis ran from the store.He was later found hiding in a dumpste
