Ex-Miami-Dade teacher facing more charges after 6th student alleges lewd conduct

Cesar Oriol Cardoso, 53, had been arrested Sept. 11 on more than a dozen charges including offenses against students by authority figures, lewd and lascivious conduct on a child, and transmitting or showing obscene material to a minor.
