Dania Beach boy injured in hit-and-run crash dies

The younger of two brothers injured in a hit-and-run crash in Dania Beach has died.

Apollo Brown Jr., 8, passed away Friday night at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood. His brother, Kelv-ron Florence, 14, remains in the hospital.

The boys were hit earlier this month on Bryan Road in Dania Beach while walking home from a basketball game. The driver who hit them has not been found.
