Broward Sheriff's Office search for truck driver in hit-and-run

Broward Sheriff’s Office traffic homicide investigators were looking for the driver of black or dark blue Chevrolet Silverado that left the scene of a crash in Pompano Beach. 

The crash was about 8 p.m., Wednesday. A witness told police the pick-up truck had a tag that included "IB7" or "1B7" and had the "Chevrolet" sign in white letters on the tailgate, police said. The truck was a 2003-2006 model, police said.
